Terms of Service

Ownership of Intellectual Property (IP).
Photographer owns and retains all Intellectual Property in the Media Deliverables pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. 

Non-commercial License. Photographer grants to Clients a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license (without the right to sub-license) to reproduce, distribute publicly display, and otherwise use the Media Deliverables only for non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions. Client will not:​​Use the Media Deliverables in any unlawful manner, such as pornography or defamation;
Use the Media Deliverables in any trademark, design, logo or other mark; or
Use the Media Deliverables for commercial but not limited to external facing web sites, advertisements, selling goods, press releases, corporate social media postings, or use with third parties without the express written permission of Photographer.

Reservations of Rights. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Photographer reserves all rights and licenses in the Media Deliverables not expressly granted in this Agreement.

Copyright Ownership and Usage. All photos taken or tangible product created by Photographer and/or her assistant remain the sole, copyrighted, intellectual property of Photographer. Photographer may reproduce, use and distribute the photos and images for any reasonable course of Photographer’s business; including in digital media, marketing, or print. Clients expressly agree to release to Photographer any personal or proprietary interest in the photographic materials that result from the event, and agrees that Photographer may showcase, sell, or otherwise distribute photographic materials from the session, including those depicting the Clients and the guests at their event.

Permitted Uses of Product(s). Photographer grants to Client a non-exclusive license of Media Deliverables produced with and for Client for personal use only so long as Client provides Photographer with attribution each time Client uses Photographer’s property. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:

-In photos on Client’s social media pages or profiles; or
-In personal creations, such as a scrapbook or personal gift
